Ayurvedic Massage Workshop by Sofia Jorge
The purpose of this workshop is that the participants experience unique sensations of relaxation and balance between body, mind and spirit. Ayurvedic massage is an ancient art, born in India. Traditionally it is performed on the floor, using vegetable oils with essences that are absorbed by the skin. The workshop will be divided in two moments so that all participants can do and receive massage!
This workshop will be accompanied by a sound journey/sound healing by Vegetarian Music, which is a project that explores instruments and sounds from all over the planet, with the aim of providing both sound enjoyment by itself, as well as relaxation, meditation and also therapy.
Required materials:
1 sheet and 1 towel or 2 large towels.
(you may bring your own oil, but it will be provided)
Value of the exchange: 23 euros per person individually / 20 euros per person as a couple
