Ayurvedic Massage Workshop by Sofia Jorge
The purpose of this workshop is for participants to experience unique sensations of relaxation and balance between body, mind, and spirit. Ayurvedic massage is an ancient art, born in India. Traditionally it is performed on the floor and uses vegetable oils with essences that are absorbed by the skin. The workshop will be divided in two moments so that all participants can do and receive massage!
This workshop will be accompanied by a sound journey/sound healing by Vegetarian Music, which is a project that explores instruments and sounds from all over the planet, with the intention of providing both sound enjoyment for its own sake, as well as relaxation, meditation, and also therapy.
Material needed: 1 sheet and 1 towel or 2 large towels.
(you can bring your own oil, but it will be provided)
Value of the exchange: 23€ per person individually / 20€ per person as a couple
