CATHARSIS AND RECALIBRATION

A guided journey, connecting body to breath, to earth. Movement exploration using concepts such as weight transfer, sound, sensation, expansion/contraction, dynamics, texture, etc. Other directions of flow can/tend to surface, there is no wrong or right way of doing this, moving with whatever arises and however you are feeling. Deepening the connection to our own nature, observing its language through sensation that so often is mirrored to us from outside our body…connecting it to roots, trees, the sun, night, death, birth and all these parts of life that are consistent and clear in their expression. I curate a playlist very mindfully for its ability to aid our embodiment and enjoyment!
