The IKH initiation program uses simple tools that lead you to live your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body in a simple, joyful and functional way. Transforming into a power of self-healing, healing in community, expanding one’s psychic abilities as an individual through reconnecting with your inner matrix and the mysteries of creation, in all times, civilizations and cultures. Through African asanas, primal movements, shamanic rituals, chanting (mantras), and active meditations, the program invites you to embrace your body as a whole, preparing it to be the vehicle for the manifestation of your being in an authentic way, for the deconstruction, transformation, transmutation, and integration of being.
