LIVING – TRIFONY OF BEING – Art Kaizen
The Experiential Experience will be divided into different Sound and Voice healing practices, combined with BreathWork techniques, complemented by experiential and group practices of connection and body awareness.
The dynamics will focus on rooting exercises, an invitation to explore the senses and sensations of the body, always paying attention to complete and conscious breathing.
As the body’s presence becomes more conscious, the invitation is to go out and explore your surroundings – people and space.
The invitation is for everyone to allow themselves to get in touch with their inner self, their authentic expression manifested in the movement of the body and the sound (vibration) it produces.
At the end there will be a meditative sound experience using various sacred instruments such as Gongs, Tibetan Bowls, Didgeridoo, Flutes, Shamanic Drums, Crystal Bowls, Shruti Box… with sound improvisations across a wide vocal spectrum, allowing for vibrational harmonisation of the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies.
