MOVEMENT PORTAL WITH HÉLIO SANTOS – Art Kaizen – Workshop based on possibilities of the movements and chants that our body has saved and from there we will learn different tools that will lead to a deeper awareness, understanding of our being. So we are open to discovering different dynamics of creating and ways of moving in time and space. Everyone is welcome (regardless of age, gender or experience).
