These dance classes will be based on the possibilities of our body’s movements and songs.

We’ll start this work by interrupting some movements that our body has saved and from there, we’ll learn different tools that will lead to a deeper awareness/understanding of our being. Then we’ll be open to discovering different dynamics of creation and ways of moving through time and space.

Everyone is welcome (regardless of age, gender or experience).
