Terms and Conditions

Registration for programs, events and retreats can be done in advance through our Art Kaizen website, in the link provided at each event.

Our events take place in the Art Kaizen space located at Rua do Açucar N º52, Marvila | Poço do Bispo in Lisbon.

Our activities are open and everyone is welcome. Our programs, events and retreats do not require previous experience. If you are interested in an event, or are curious to know about, come and try it out. We are happy to welcome you and share this moment together.

Comfortable clothes, a bottle of water, a small towel (if necessary) and an open heart. If any extra material is needed for an event, it will be specified in the details of the event in question.

There is no age limit for our programs, events and retreats, but in this case, we need parental permission before booking and attending the class. Please contact us in advance at the following email: office@artkaizen.com

Videos and images from programs, events and retreats can be used to promote Art Kaizen on our social media.

You can cancel up to 72 hours before the booked event, in which case you benefit from a credit to use that amount within a maximum period of 6 months.

If you do not notify within the deadline, we will not be able to offer credit for changing the class date.

If the cancellation is made by Art Kaizen, you can always benefit from this credit within a period of one year from the date of the event.

Programs/Events/Retreats:

– If for some reason you are unable to attend the program, event and retreat, you can transfer that reservation to someone else or if you prefer to cancel your reservation on the Art Kaizen website.

If you choose to cancel the reservation, there will be no refund of the amount paid but you will be entitled to a credit for an identical event/retreat that is valid for 6 months.

– If you miss a program, event or retreat without prior notice, we cannot guarantee credit unless you explain why we were unable to notify you. Each case will be evaluated by Art Kaizen.

– If a program, event or retreat is canceled by Art Kaizen, we will notify you of the cancellation. There will be no refund of the amount paid but you will receive a credit valid for one year to use in a similar event.

Your participation in the programs, events and/or retreats does not imply any liability for Art Kaizen, and your participation is equivalent to a declaration that you are able to participate and assume all inherent risks. All participants assume that they will not attribute any damages of any nature to Art Kaizen.

The participant is responsible and assumes all risks involved, namely, by way of example: all lost or stolen goods, costs, claims, injuries, damages or liabilities suffered during the participation. Art Kaizen is not responsible for any event that may occur.

Registration and participation in our programs, events and/or retreats is equivalent to a declaration by the participant that you have consulted a doctor and certify that you are in good health and able to participate at your own risk, and that you in good faith agree to the terms and conditions indicated above.
